FULL TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using Habitt, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Habitt is a local-first habit-tracking tool. We provide the software; you provide the data and the storage (on-device or via your Google Drive).

3. VOLUNTARY SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Support-Only: Subscriptions and one-time purchases are currently voluntary “support” payments. They do not unlock specific features at this time.
• Billing: Handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your store settings.
• Refunds: Managed exclusively through the Apple/Google refund systems.

4. USER CONTENT & SECURITY

• Data Ownership: You retain all rights to your habit data.
• Encryption: You are responsible for managing your device and cloud security. Because we do not hold your encryption keys, we cannot recover your data if you lose access.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything in the App (design, code, branding) is owned by Ibrahim Bećirović/ThinkingApp. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided “AS IS.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that your data will never be lost due to hardware failure or cloud sync errors. Always maintain your own backups.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law (Italy/EU), ThinkingApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or data-loss damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance.
